At Outlaw FitCamp we have the best of both! FitCamp group fitness classes you can easily book right from the App or Individual personal training. Our FitCamp is designed for all fitness levels and a variety of class options. Functional interval training that gets results.
Need extra accountability and a detailed structured plan? Our professional fitness trainers are there to help you reach your best in fitness. We offer one-on-one, small group and couples training so you can work on your goals or do it together with friends and family.
- Our workout design consists of more than 7 different modalities of training styles to create an anaerobic and aerobic training state. In 30 minutes our functional interval training style keeps the heart rate up and the metabolism burning body fat throughout the day.
- With the versatility of our training structure & multi-joint movements workouts never get boring and challenge our members time and time again.
- Members whom have been with us consistently for years have seen faster results than other methods they have tried in the past and have fun doing it in our inclusive, encouraging social setting,

Prior to training at OFC, I was at a point in my life where I was uncomfortable in my own skin. I knew I had put on some extra weight due to stress, depression, and overall not making my health a priority. I had pretty much maintained what I thought was a healthy weight up until I hit 30 years old. Things started shifting after that birthday, and I couldn’t get myself out of that slump. I had gained around 45 pounds and I knew it was time to make changes and call up Outlaw!! Ever since I walked into my first training session at OFC my entire lifestyle and way of thinking has shifted in the best way! Step by step and inch by inch I always felt welcomed, challenged, and held accountable by all staff at OFC. My goal was never to just lose the weight. I wanted to feel better for the long run and be the healthiest version of myself for my family. I am now 1 month from getting married to my best friend, and I wake up every morning feeling amazing! My goals keep changing and I know I have continued support at OFC.
I had zero confidence. I was not happy with the way I looked and how I felt so I decided to do something about it and that’s when I joined Outlaw FitCamp.
I make it a goal to do some kind of exercise every single day. Even my rest day it’s an active rest day. Also the biggest thing that I have changed is my diet. I started to eat a lot healthier and cut out a lot of the fast food that I was eating.
My goal will never be accomplished and for that reason it gives me something to work towards. My goal is to keep improving myself and getting better. Training at Outlaw FitCamp has helped me feel and look the best ever in years. It has become a new lifestyle to get to the gym and put in work. Being a part of FitCamp I feel as if I’m apart of another family and we help push each other.
I’ve been training for 11 months now and we have an obstacle course at work, in the past I wasn’t able to complete the course without ￼failing section of it. Since joining I’m able to complete that course without failure.
Since joining 11 months ago I’ve lost about 50lbs and I’m down to my weight when I started the academy. One of the major accomplishment that I have achieved since joining Outlaw FitCamp is that I made my department SWAT team which is one of the best teams in the country. My physical fitness was a big contributor to me making the team and without Outlaw FitCamp it might not have been possible.
